These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the REVAULT platform, including the website at myrevaultapp.com, the mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ReVault LLC ("REVAULT," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wisconsin limited liability company.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use REVAULT. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
REVAULT is a vehicle and equipment documentation platform. The Service allows you to scan receipts and documents using AI, track maintenance and service history, store vehicle documents, manage fleet equipment and team members, create shareable vehicle history links, and generate reports.
REVAULT is a documentation and tracking tool. It is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspections, legal compliance advice, manufacturer-recommended maintenance programs, or certified vehicle history reports such as Carfax or AutoCheck. Users are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in accordance with applicable laws and manufacturer guidelines.
REVAULT is currently in early access. The Service is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or temporarily unavailable. We make every effort to maintain data integrity and service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access during this period. By using the Service during early access, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
REVAULT offers free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts are subject to feature and vehicle limitations as described in the Service. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at team@myrevaultapp.com.
Early adopter pricing is locked in for the duration of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, you may be subject to then-current pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with reasonable notice.
Fleet account owners may invite team members (managers and employees) to access fleet vehicles and equipment. The fleet owner is responsible for managing team access and permissions. Team members receive access to the fleet owner's equipment data as permitted by their assigned role. Team members also receive complimentary access to Personal mode for their own vehicles.
Fleet owners are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable employment and data privacy laws. REVAULT is not responsible for how fleet owners manage their team members or equipment data.
REVAULT uses artificial intelligence to extract information from receipts, invoices, and documents, generate maintenance schedules and recommendations, and categorize service records. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-extracted data against original documents. REVAULT does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to REVAULT, including photos, documents, vehicle information, and service records. We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (see our Privacy Policy).
You grant REVAULT a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.
You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important original documents. While we make every effort to protect your data, we recommend keeping physical or digital copies of critical records independent of the Service.
When you mark a vehicle as sold in REVAULT, your service records for that vehicle are preserved and may be made available to a future owner who adds the same vehicle by VIN. Transferred records are clearly marked as "Previous Owner" records. By using the vehicle sale feature, you consent to this transfer of service history data.
You agree not to: upload illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service; resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission; or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
The REVAULT name, logo, branding, and all original content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ReVault LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Provisional patent application #64/012,834 has been filed.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVAULT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
REVAULT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MECHANICAL FAILURES, COMPLIANCE VIOLATIONS, VEHICLE DAMAGES, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT, MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES, INSPECTION CHECKLISTS, OR RECALL ALERTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReVault LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
